Oh this darling trio of kiddos! An old friend of mine asked me to photograph her three sweet kids and I couldn’t have been more happy to oblige, especially when they rolled up looking this cute! We had missing front teeth, fun curly hair, tutus and toddler who I gladly chased all over Mayfield Park. Mom is in the middle of cedar fever, but I am looking forward to capturing the entire family of five later on this year!

I am also a huge fan of these clothing choices. I love how modern and crisp they look.

2012 | I’m Back!

Goodness me, my poor abandoned little piece of the web!

I realize it looks like I fell of the face of the world last February and in a way I did. We faced a VERY scary situation with our only child that knocked me on my butt for several weeks after my big grand opening announcement. Everything turned out fantastically, but I never really caught up over here.

I photographed lots and lots of beautiful babies and bellies and families last year and I want you to see them!

In the next few weeks, please check back here often – there will be a blog-o-palooza happening.

It’s so fun posting these sessions from last year! I love looking back and am SO thrilled I have a place where the families can take center stage.

Love this family. Two rambunctious little boys, the sweetest little girl and two parents who love to laugh. I felt like I had know Kelley for years – we had the most fun phone chat before this session.

We had a great afternoon shooting and playing. Love you guys!

Austin Family Photographer | The W Family of Seven!

If you’ve spent any time over at my other blog, you’ve seen this awesome family. I’ve been photographing them since kiddo number 4 was in the womb and have know them for much longer than that. They are fun, loving, stylish and really incredible people all around.

Mister Luke is the lastest addition to this family and it was so fun to have a new buddy to add in the photo mix. As you can see below, all of the big brothers and sisters love him and I know you will too. He’s a champ and you can read about his journey over at his mom’s blog, which can be found here.

I like to try and pull mom and dad aside for some photos of just the two of them. If you’re a parent, you know that not much is about just the two of you once the kiddies come along, so I like to make that happen, even if it’s just for 90 seconds.

Austin Portrait Photographer | Jennifer, Randy, Jackson and Whitten

Jennifer and Randy have been amazing, lovely clients of mine since their oldest boy, Jackson, was still in the womb. I have loved getting to see how their family has grown over the past few years and what amazing little people their kids are turning into.

For our latest session, we shot around downtown. They were wearing shades of browns and blues and the neutral tones drew me to more monochromatic areas around town. I think the look turned out urban-chic!

I love Halloween! Looooooove it!

I think my passion for this super fun holiday has been passed on to my little person. Here she is all decked out and ready to go. Her hair is askew as usual, but I don’t think that makes her any less adorable.
